LIVING SPACE is a community learning centre & social enterprise based in the heart of Waterloo. In addition to providing a broad range of youth and community services for local residents, we also operate a number of commercial and non-commercial services accessible to the general public:

Being a Social Enterprise, means we operate as a business, having a commercial focus just like any other business. But the business also has a social mission – to provide high quality training and employment opportunities for young people aged 16-25. All surplus income from the business is re-invested in the provision of a variety of educational, cultural, and leisure activities for the benefit of the local community, and young people in particular. We will provide over 60 weeks full time work experience placements for year 10/11 students from across the borough, in addition to providing an increasing number of supported work placements to young people and adults with disabilities or special needs.
